Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Cloud Contact Center Implementation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing processes, contributing to the overall success of project delivery and product reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to enhance testing frameworks and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to testing environments. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within multi-disciplinary technology stacks. - Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing best practices. - Skilled in managing test data and configuring environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
