Sr AL/ML Engineer

Job Description: Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The role involves analyzing data, monitoring model performance, and embedding AI into business processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems. - Data Analysis: Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and statistical analysis to inform model development. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor model performance, optimize algorithms, and ensure model accuracy and reliability. - AI Integration: Embed AI solutions into existing business processes and workflows. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to implement AI solutions. - Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of models, workflows, and experiments for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5 – 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles. - Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, model development, and performance evaluation. - Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. - Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Knowledge of embedding AI into business processes and production systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
