Senior Software Engineer - C++

Design and develop robust robotics software for marine autonomous systems. Lead development of sensor fusion modules using Kalman filtering techniques. Implement and optimize path planning and motion planning algorithms for real-world deployment. Develop and validate hydrodynamic models for marine vehicle behavior. Architect and maintain scalable ROS2-based systems. Integrate multiple sensors (AIS, radar, IMU, GPS, etc.) for perception and navigation. Ensure code quality and safety compliance using MISRA C++ standards. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, from design to deployment. Lead a small team of engineers: task allocation, technical guidance, and code reviews. Work hands-on while also driving technical decisions and mentoring team members.
