Senior Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant

Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud, specifically Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS). The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations and business processes. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities  Lead Oracle Fusion WMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.  Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse warehouse management requirements.  Configure and implement Oracle Fusion WMS modules based on business needs.  Design end-to-end warehouse processes including: o Inbound Receiving o Put-away o Inventory Management o Picking & Packing o Shipping Execution o Cycle Counting o Replenishment o Wave Planning o Cross-Docking  Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents.  Analyse business gaps and recommend standard Oracle functionalities or custom solutions.|  Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities.  Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare support activities. Consulting & Stakeholder Management  Act as a trusted advisor to business users and project stakeholders.  Lead client discussions and provide best-practice recommendations.  Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.  Mentor junior consultants and functional analysts. Required Skills Oracle Fusion Expertise  Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud  Oracle Fusion Inventory Management  Oracle Fusion Procurement  Oracle Fusion Order Management  Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (preferred)  Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Functional Knowledge  Warehouse operations and logistics processes  Inventory control and stock management  Supply chain planning and execution  Warehouse KPIs and operational reporting Technical Understanding  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  REST/SOAP APIs  FBDI and HDL data loading  BI Publisher Reports  OTBI Reporting  Understanding of integrations with ERP, TMS, MES, and third-party systems Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.  Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS certifications preferred.  Minimum 6+ years of overall Oracle SCM experience with 3–5+ years in Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud.  Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations.  Experience in global rollout and support projects is an advantage. Preferred Skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to work independently and lead project discussions.  Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.  Knowledge of RF devices, barcode systems, and warehouse automation solutions.
