Job Description – QA Analyst (Banking Domain) Role: QA Analyst – Banking Domain Experience: 3-5 Years No of required resource : 2 Location: Bangalore ________________________________________ Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 3 years of experience in the Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for validating banking applications across areas such as Loan Management (including Gold Loans), Payments, and Core Banking Systems (CBS). The role involves functional testing, API validation, database verification, defect management, and ensuring smooth execution of banking workflows while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Exposure to Microfinance (MFI) processes and platforms will be an added advantage. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Understand and validate banking business workflows, including: Account Opening KYC Verification Deposits and Withdrawals Loan Origination and Processing Repayment Management • Create, review, and execute test cases for banking modules such as: CASA Accounts Loan Lifecycle Management Payment Systems • Perform API testing for banking services, including: Authentication Services Transaction Processing Balance Inquiry Customer Services • Validate transaction and customer data using SQL queries. • Identify, log, track, and retest defects with detailed evidence and impact analysis. • Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and Sanity Testing. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities. • Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Support teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage. • Prepare and maintain test documentation, test results, and execution reports. ________________________________________ Banking Domain Knowledge (Mandatory) Core Banking Concepts • Savings Account, Current Account, and Term Deposits • Customer Onboarding and KYC Processes • Transaction Processing a
