We build and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems — from data ingestion and model training to MLOps, inference serving, and real-time decision engines — for clients in fintech, healthcare, logistics, and SaaS. Our architects don’t just design — they own outcomes, ensuring ML systems are secure, auditable, and engineered for ROI. Role & Responsibilities - Architect scalable, cloud-native ML systems on AWS/Azure/GCP — from data pipelines to model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML models. - Lead cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions — defining feature engineering, model selection, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategy. - Design MLOps frameworks using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI to automate training, versioning, and deployment of models. - Ensure compliance with data governance, model explainability (XAI), and regulatory standards — especially in highly regulated sectors like BFSI and healthcare. - Optimize model performance, latency, and cost at scale — including edge deployment, model quantization, and A/B testing strategies. - Mentor data scientists and ML engineers on architecture best practices, infrastructure-as-code, and performance tuning.
