Job Title: CDS Developer/ Specialist Professional Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune, India Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Role Overview/Job Responsibilities - Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Analytics including CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, Analytical Queries, and enterprise data modeling. - Hands-on experience in CDS performance optimization using PlanViz, SQL trace analysis, ATC checks, and query tuning techniques. - Strong focus on code quality through peer code reviews, governance standards, naming conventions, reusable design patterns, and development best practices. - Experience conducting technical reviews for CDS Views, and analytics objects to ensure scalability, maintainability, and clean-core compliance. - Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into reliable analytics solutions. - Knowledge of SAP extensibility concepts and modern SAP cloud analytics architecture. - Experience leading analytics transformation initiatives and coordinating with global teams, vendors, and business users. - Strong understanding of analytics governance, security, transport management, and high-performance enterprise reporting architecture. Background: - 5+ years of strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Analytics, including CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and data modeling. - Solid understanding of analytics architecture, governance, and performance optimization in enterprise systems. - Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (functional streams, Infosys developers, business stakeholders). - Proficiency in ABAP development, ABDP, and table functions, with knowledge of OData services. - Knowledge of SAP BDC components, SAC and Datasphere for advanced analytics, predictive, and AI/ML scenarios. - Strong foundation in core principles of CDS modeling, extensibility apps, and clean-core aligned practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor in solution discussions.
