Customer Insight Executive (upto 20K)

About the Opportunity A fast-scaling startup in the HR Tech & Talent Intelligence sector, we’re building next-gen AI-powered platforms that help enterprises hire smarter, retain better, and predict workforce trends with data. Based in India and operating across hybrid work models, we’re on a mission to turn hiring chaos into strategic insight — and we’re looking for a sharp, data-savvy Customer Insight Executive to fuel that vision. Role & Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze customer feedback from multiple touchpoints — surveys, interviews, support tickets, and product usage data. - Translate raw customer input into actionable insights using basic visualization tools and structured reporting templates. - Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to highlight pain points, feature requests, and adoption barriers. - Build and maintain a living customer insight dashboard that tracks satisfaction, churn signals, and NPS trends. - Conduct periodic competitor analysis to benchmark customer experience and product positioning. - Support leadership with quick-turnaround insight decks for quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions. Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have: Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts) - Must-Have: Google Data Studio / Looker Studio - Must-Have: Basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY) - Must-Have: Survey tools (Typeform, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) - Must-Have: Customer feedback analysis (NPS, CSAT, thematic coding) - Must-Have: Presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides) - Preferred: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) - Preferred: Exposure to Tableau or Power BI Benefits & Culture Highlights - Hybrid work model — 3 days in-office (Bangalore/Hyderabad), 2 remote. - Flat hierarchy — your voice shapes product and strategy from Day 1. - Fast-track growth — high performers promoted within 6–12 months.
