Senior Security Supervisor ( Security )

- Responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations at the site or across multiple locations. - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with company standards. - Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and discipline. - Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure continuous functionality. - Conduct regular security assessments, patrols, and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. - Investigate all reported incidents and breaches, ensuring appropriate documentation and escalation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security activities, personnel reports, and incident logs. - Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, laws, and industry standards. - Stay updated with emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices to improve security infrastructure. Skills: Training And Development, Risk Assessment, Investigation, Security Operations Experience: 8.00-10.00 Years
