At LPLs Global Capability Center youll find a collaborative culture where your voice matters integrity guides every decision and technology fuels progress Your skills talents and ideas will redefine whats possible LPLs success reflects its exceptional employees who together pursue one noble purpose empowering financial advisors to deliver personalized advice for all who need it Were proud to be expanding and reaching new heights in Hyderabad Join us as we create something extraordinary together Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP Scrum Master to lead multiple software engineering teams within our Platform Modernization initiative This role is crucial for fostering agile practices removing impediments and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software solutions as we transform our technology platforms Job Responsibilities Facilitate daily scrum sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings for multiple development teams Guide and coach the teams on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame retribution or judgment with an emphasis on healing and problemsolving Facilitate getting the work done without coercion assigning or dictating the work Assist with internal and external communication improving transparency and radiating information Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and ensure clear communication of product goals and requirements Lead efforts to continuously improve team performance efficiency and collaboration Work closely with other Scrum Masters and project leads to coordinate efforts and manage dependencies across the Platform Modernization program Monitor and report on team progress identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies Champion a culture of continuous delivery and technical excellence Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Masters degree preferred 8 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams Certified Scrum Master CSM or Advanced Certified Scrum Master ACSM required SAFe certification is a plus Proven track record of successfully leading agile transformations and delivering complex software projects Deep understanding of Agile principles methodologies Scrum Kanban and scaling frameworks Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Excellent communication interpersonal and conflictresolution skills Experience with platform modernization initiatives including migration to cloudnative architectures or microservices is highly desirable Proficiency with agile project management tools e g Jira Azure DevOps Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment LPL Global Business Services LLP PRIVACY POLICY
