Service Now Developer

ITOM - Must have Min 2+ years of exp in ITOM We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) , with a mandatory 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server. The candidate should be proficient in customizing ServiceNow using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to automate business processes and integrate ServiceNow with external applications through REST/SOAP APIs. A valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory or highly preferred. Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and workflow automation is essential. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills and be comfortable working in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is based in Delhi/NCR and follows a hybrid work model . Only candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be considered.
