Role & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end merchandising for soft toy product lines — from concept development to retail readiness, aligning with seasonal trends and buyer expectations. - Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand positioning. - Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to meet budget and delivery targets. - Analyze sales data, market feedback, and competitor offerings to refine assortments and drive inventory efficiency. - Prepare and present merchandising plans, sell sheets, and pricing strategies for internal stakeholders and global retail buyers. - Drive cross-functional alignment with logistics, quality, and marketing to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-spec product delivery.
