Tableau Developer

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with over 1+ years of hands-on experience in building Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models. The candidate should have solid knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools, and be capable of delivering insightful, interactive business reports based on stakeholder requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements - Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective visual solutions - Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability - Create data extracts, calculations, and parameters to support dynamic reporting - Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud databases, etc.) - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all dashboards and reports - Participate in data validation and testing activities - Document technical processes, data models, and dashboard functionalities What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field - Proven experience delivering high-quality dashboards Mandatory Skills: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server - Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases - Experience working with large datasets and complex data models - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: - Experience with another BI tool like Power BI - Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake - Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and their data ecosystems Skills: Data Modeling, Bi Reporting, Sql, Tableau Experience: 1.00-6.00 Years
