Senior Microstrategy Developer (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MicroStrategy Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in building, enhancing, and supporting business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in the MicroStrategy platform, along with the ability to translate business requirements into impactful reporting and dashboard solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and documents using MicroStrategy. - Build and manage schema objects, metadata, and data models to support reporting needs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions. - Perform data analysis and optimization , including writing efficient SQL queries and improving report performance. - Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, validation, and performance tuning . - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution and ongoing support . - Contribute to enhancements and continuous improvement of BI solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of experience in MicroStrategy development and reporting . - Strong knowledge of dashboard development, report creation, and schema design . - Proficiency in SQL , data analysis, and performance optimization techniques. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes . - Proven experience working with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting solutions . - Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues effectively . Preferred Skills - Experience working with MicroStrategy Workstation . - Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms . - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies .
