Flutter Tech Lead- Steve

Summary: - Develops and maintains cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart and React. - Delivers features across multiple mobile and web apps, integrating with backend APIs (GraphQL/REST). - Ensures high-quality mobile UX, responsiveness, and platform-specific behaviour (iOS & Android). - Actively participates in testing, debugging, deployment, and operational support. Mandatory Skills (in order of importance): - Flutter & Dart (cross-platform mobile development) - TypeScript / JavaScript - React (Hooks, Context API, functional components) - GraphQL — Apollo Client & Apollo Server - Node.js (Express.js) - State management (Riverpod, Bloc, or React Context) - Unit, widget & UI testing (flutter_test, Jest, Playwright) Advantageous Skills: - MongoDB (Mongoose) - REST API integration (Axios, Dio) - Mobile platform knowledge (iOS & Android lifecycle, push notifications, permissions) - Firebase (analytics, push notifications) - Fastlane / Xcode / Android Studio (build & release pipelines) - Ant Design (antd) component library - react-intl (internationalization) - AWS Lambda (Node.js) - RBAC, JWT authentication - BMW SCP.apps (Integrate) platform experience - SonarQube Must-Have Skills - Practical experience with Flutter and Dart (5+ years). - Good understanding of mobile app development lifecycle. - Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Good to Have - Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C). - Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications). - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. - Awareness of CI/CD practices for mobile apps.
