To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans Key Requirements – Education & Certificates • Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing • Expert skills on MS office • Travel Insurance domain knowledge Key Requirements - Experience &Skills • Understanding of Agency business • Flair to drive sales teams • Hands on experience in managing large data and analytics
