This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly within the broader system environment. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are integral to maintaining high standards and delivering effective results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions. - Document design specifications and maintain clear communication channels with project stakeholders. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design and configuration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments. - Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Siemens Teamcenter with other systems. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
