AEM - Frontend Developer

You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies. Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.Tech and MBA (preferred). - Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. What You'll Do - Lead requirement-gathering and digital transformation consulting sessions with clients. - Drive process analysis and documentation. - Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. - Collaborate closely with development teams. - Prepare solution documentation, KPIs, and functional specifications. - Collaborate with presales and sales for proposal building and demos. - Build case studies and use cases in line with strategic and sales initiatives. - Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Perform UAT testing. - Update, implement, and maintain procedures. - Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
