Associate Product Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 5 - 9 LPA) Min Experience: 1+ years Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager who has previous experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance products and be adept at working alongside engineering, design, operations, and business teams to develop customer-facing digital products. Requirements Key Responsibilities ● Collect and define detailed product requirements ● Develop PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria ● Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new features ● Evaluate customer journeys to identify areas for improvement ● Lead the product development process from concept through to launch ● Track product performance and suggest enhancements ● Liaise with insurer partners and internal stakeholders Requirements ● 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles ● Previous experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ● Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication ● Capability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting ● Demonstrated ownership and strong execution focus Must-have skills Product Management, Product Manager
