Lead Panel Fabrication and Machine Integration

Responsibilities Core: - Support Automation & Controls Head by verifying process inputs from PPC timelines, Change Request forms, customer & field feedback, and CAPA. - Create control panels, perform assembly, and machine wiring for control panels. - Execute machine function tests with wired control panels (I/O tests, machine settings, and functions). - Release ITR test protocols for handover to QA for product testing. Internal Processes: - Coordinate with Lead Hardware Engineering for purchasing and generate SOB from EPLAN to Team Centre ERP. - Ensure adherence to business rules related to project execution as per company standards. - Maintain awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS). People Development: - Follow global standards (IS, IEC; CE, UL). - Adhere to company standards, guidelines, and tool platforms. - Use ACGE Standard Automation Platform for hardware and software. Skills: Panel Wiring, Panel Designing, Machine Installation Experience: 10.00-15.00 Years
