Performance Testing + Loadrunner

Roles and Responsibilities : • Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks in software applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. • Analyze test results to provide recommendations for improvement and implement changes as needed. • Develop reports on test findings and present them to stakeholders. Job Requirements : • 3-6 years of experience in performance testing using tools like Load Runner or similar technologies. • Strong understanding of computer science concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns. • Experience with SQL database management systems (e.g., MySQL) is a plus.
