The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise payment solutions, leading engineering teams, and driving technical excellence. The role involves managing end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance payment applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise payment applications. • Provide technical leadership for Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices. • Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions. • Oversee application architecture, code quality, performance, and security. • Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management. • Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways and banking systems. • Manage production support, issue resolution, and continuous application improvements. • Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps best practices. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and payment industry regulations.
