Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Visakhapatnam This role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing a sales team and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory Job Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in Visakhapatnam Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives providing ongoing coaching training and performance evaluations Identify and cultivate new business opportunities including prospecting lead generation and client acquisition Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product service development Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts performance reports and market analysis to senior management Manage the sales budget effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Indepth knowledge of the Visakhapatnam market and customer base Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
