Workday Finance Integration Senior Consultant

This is a remote position. Workday Finance Integration Senior Consultant Required Skills: Workday Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Finance functional and technical areas. The Workday Finance Integration Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between Workday Financials and other enterprise systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and scalability across financial processes · Lead end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment supporting FactSet’s Workday Invoice-to-Cash transformation . · Min 6+ years of Workday experience , including 2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio integration development from architecture through go-live. · Strong understanding of Workday Financial modules including Billing, Revenue Management, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Customers, and Collections . · Design and deliver integrations involving OMS, Billing Engine, Avalara, Banking/IREC, Salesforce, Customer Portal, and downstream reporting systems . · Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and JavaScript . · Experience supporting high-volume financial transactions including invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, collections, and accounting integrations. · Facilitate integration discovery workshops, define interface specifications, prepare design documents, and manage technical stakeholder discussions. · Coordinate integration SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-production support activities. · Workday certification is mandatory - Certifications in Workday Integration Core, Studio, and CCTPP preferred; experience with Prism Analytics, and Reporting integrations is advantageous. · Hands-on experience with legacy-to-Workday data migration, reconciliation, and large-scale billing platform modernization programs involving retirement of legacy Invoice-to-Cash environments. Responsibilities: · Implementation project execution and governance with the customer team. · Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Finance AR, Billing modules · Work independently or with team and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development · Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary. · Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications. · Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. · Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards. · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. · Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary.
