Lead I - Software Testing ( Performance Tester with Mainframe)

Role Responsibilities : - Lead performance testing for applications across varying load conditions using tools like Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload. - Monitor and analyze system performance with Dynatrace or AppDynamics. - Conduct performance testing for AWS and mainframe applications, including batch processes. - Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support agile project tracking via JIRA. Job Requirements : - 9–14 years of experience in performance testing with hands-on tool proficiency. - Experience with AWS environments and MQ-based applications. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Postgres or MongoDB. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and agile methodologies. Skills: Load Runner, Mainframe, Jmeter, Performance Testing, Aws Experience: 9.00-15.00 Years
