Management Internship

Jack of all trades. Master of figuring things out. One internship. Many hats. Zero boring days. We're looking for a curious, energetic, early in career and slightly crazy-about-learning person to join us as a Management Intern. This isn't a role where you'll be assigned one task and repeat it for 6 months. At Kontrah Labs, you'll get exposure to different parts of a growing startup and work on whatever needs to be built, solved, improved, or simply figured out. Basically, you'll learn how a startup actually works—not how it looks in a PowerPoint presentation. What You'll Be Doing - Helping with HR & recruitment - Supporting day-to-day operations - Assisting with sales & business development - Coming up with creative and marketing ideas - Supporting Meta & Google Ads - Researching markets, competitors & new opportunities - Working with AI tools & automations - Creating processes, reports & systems - Helping solve random problems that don't have a department yet - Working on special projects across the business Your job title says Management Intern. Your actual job? Figure things out. Who We're Looking For You don't need to know everything. In fact, we'd rather hire someone curious enough to learn than someone who thinks they already know everything. You should: - Be curious and eager to learn - Figure it out muscle - Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions - Be comfortable trying things you've never done before - Learn quickly and adapt when priorities change - Have good communication and problem-solving skills - Be comfortable using the internet and AI tools - Take ownership of your work - Be energetic, proactive and willing to get your hands dirty Freshers are welcome.
