US IT Recruiter

Location: Mysuru Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST Experience: 1–3 years Minimum Requirement: 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience Job Responsibilities - Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements. - Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. - Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews. - Work with different sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline. - Understand US IT recruitment processes and US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099. - Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and closures. - Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Meet recruitment targets and timelines. Requirements - Bachelor's degree. - 1–3 years of recruitment experience , with at least 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience . - Good understanding of US IT recruitment and tax terms. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented with a positive attitude. - Good sourcing and candidate screening skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and ATS.
