The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining software elements and collaborating in a dynamic environment to meet project goals and deadlines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), PySpark. - Strong knowledge of distributed computing principles and big data processing frameworks. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software components. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems for improved efficiency.
