Apprentice Gurugram, HR, India **Job Description** We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Apprentice to support **Audit and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to audit processes, risk and control assessments, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention. The apprentice will work with relevant teams to support audit reviews, perform basic analysis, maintain documentation, review supporting evidence, and assist with AML-related control and compliance activities. **Responsibilities** + Support audit activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and basic control testing. + Assist in reviewing processes and controls to identify gaps or exceptions. + Support AML/KYC reviews and related compliance activities. + Perform basic data analysis, reconciliations, and sample reviews. + Maintain accurate audit workpapers, trackers, and supporting documentation. + Follow up on observations and action items with relevant stakeholders. + Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. + Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. + Basic understanding of audit, risk, and internal controls. + Awareness of AML/KYC and financial crime concepts. + Familiarity with banking or financial services is an advantage. **Compliance Language** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
