Contact 639865 2832 URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO Location: Kailashahar, Unakoti District, Tripura Hospital: Multi-Speciality Hospital POSITION MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) QUALIFICATION • MBBS from a recognized medical college • Valid NMC / Tripura State Medical Council Registration EXPERIENCE • Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply • Hospital / Emergency / IPD experience will be an added advantage SALARY ₹1.00 Lakh – ₹1.25 Lakhs per Month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage OPD and IPD patients • Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination • Monitor admitted patients, vital signs and treatment response • Attend to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization • Initiate appropriate treatment as per hospital protocols • Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management • Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments • Escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant promptly • Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and discharge documentation • Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients • Follow infection control, patient safety and hospital clinical protocols SKILLS REQUIRED • Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills • Strong communication and patient-handling abilities • Ability to work under pressure • Good coordination with consultants and nursing staff • Professional, responsible and patient-centric approach JOB TYPE • Full-Time • RMO / Duty Doctor BENEFITS • Attractive salary package • Excellent clinical and emergency exposure • Supportive multidisciplinary hospital environment • Long-term career growth opportunity Interested MBBS doctors may share their updated CV along with current location, experience, expected salary and notice period.
