Solution Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Analyst with 8+ years of experience in unsecured lending products (credit cards, personal loans, etc.). Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver architectural solutions for Lending products, ensuring alignment with business needs. - Define and validate non-functional requirements, ensuring performance, security, and compliance considerations. - Stay updated with emerging technology trends and advise IT and business teams on potential impacts. - Provide consultancy and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement solutions. - Ensure solution designs prioritize performance, reusability, availability, integrity, and security. - Guide teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic architecture roadmaps. - Work closely with application teams and architects to develop high-performing solutions. - Maintain governance and compliance to ensure regulatory, security, and architectural standards are met. - Participate in Agile Scrum teams, contributing to new product design and feature enhancements. - Effectively manage workload, prioritize tasks, and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Strong knowledge of lending products such as loans and credit cards . - Experience with digital wallets, cloud technology (AWS), and mobile integration is a plus. - Proven ability to work with diverse and distributed teams. - Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, and IT SMEs.
