This role requires close attention to operational requirements and adherence to service agreements, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of operational processes to meet business needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of operational strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration. - Experience in managing and configuring Splunk environments to support operational monitoring and alerting. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Knowledge of integrating Splunk with various data sources and applications for comprehensive monitoring. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address complex system problems in a timely manner.
