Manager - Sustainability

Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development - Design and implement organization-wide sustainability strategies, policies, and objectives aligned with business and environmental goals. - Conduct assessments of environmental, social, and economic impacts, identifying areas for innovation and improvement. Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, leadership, regulatory bodies, community groups, and customers to promote sustainability initiatives. - Build partnerships that support environmental and social sustainability goals. Environmental Management - Lead programs focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, pollution control, and emission management. - Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations. Resource Efficiency - Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and implement measures to reduce waste across operations. - Drive initiatives such as recycling, sustainable material sourcing, and responsible consumption practices. Carbon Footprint Reduction - Define and execute strategies to reduce the company's carbon footprint through renewable energy, carbon offsetting, and emission tracking systems. - Skills: Compliance, Stakeholder Engagement, Resource Optimization, sustainability strategy, Environmental Management Experience: 6.00-10.00 Years
