Data Architect

- Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures to support business needs. - Develop data models, database schemas, and ETL pipelines. - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data flows. - Establish and enforce best practices for data governance and security. - Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain reliable datasets. - Should have hands on experience in Data Model development and Data Model Deployment. - Should have experience in processing 1 TB of data volume Job Requirement: - Proficiency in Python. - 7-10 Years Experience - Understand the RFP requirements, Product Requrirements to help the BCT Solution / Retina Presales team on the Solutioning Architecture , Data flow diagram in sync with the Scope of Work - Strong knowledge of SQL and databases. - Proficiency in data modeling tools and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift). - Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. - Good understanding on process requirements, data sources, data quality and data availability.
