Senior Project Manager - IT (Insurance industry)

Strong IT Project Manager Profile with cross-functional delivery and Agile/Scrum ownership and Insurance domain exposure 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with atleast the recent 3+ years in insurance industry leading cross-functional teams and delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience collaborating with business, development, QA, and architecture teams to define project goals and success criteria 4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for efficient Agile/Scrum execution 5 Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience monitoring project performance, identifying and resolving risks and issues, and maintaining detailed project documentation (charters, plans, status reports) 6 Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience mentoring and leading a team of developers 7 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies (Fixed Bid project experience a plus) 8 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal/communication skills to engage senior management and clients 9 Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have strong analytical thinking — able to analyse complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions 10 Mandatory (Tools): Must be hands-on with JIRA, MS Project, and similar tools 11 Mandatory (Domain): Insurance domain expertise — IT projects within insurance, with an understanding of processes, regulations, and customer needs 12 Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients 13 Preferred (Commercial): Experience managing gross margins, project cost, P&L, and profitability. 14 Preferred (Certification): PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification 15 Preferred (Domain Knowledge): Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies in insurance Skills:- Project Management
