Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Document development processes, configurations, and application changes to maintain clear records. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to optimize business processes. - Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with HANA database technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within SAP environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Capability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
