Perform impact analysis for change requests and assess downstream process impacts. Collaborate closely with technical teams for development, integrations, interfaces, reporting, and issue resolution. Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements within PeopleSoft HCM.
