QA Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with 4–6 years of software testing experience and exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional and regression testing, a good understanding of commodity or energy trading workflows, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities  Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ETRM applications.  Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.  Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools.  Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.  Validate software releases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  Ensure complete test coverage for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.  Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress.  Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and release activities. Required Skills  4–6 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.  Hands-on experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms.  Experience with Endur or similar commodity trading platforms is highly preferred.  Good understanding of energy trading and commodity trading business processes.  Experience in Functional Testing and Regression Testing.  Knowledge of Test Case Design and Test Documentation.  Experience using defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.  Exposure to SQL for data validation.  Experience supporting production releases and UAT.  Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities domain.
