Business Analyst - Accounts Ops Trf

Job Description: - BA with good exposure to customer journey design and process streamlining. - Process documentation. Prefer Accounts Onboarding experience. - Awareness of systems (Agile, JIRA, Confluence ) is highly desirable. - Strong expertise in process mapping, optimisation, and process change. - Ability to identify, document and manage change requirements. - Has an in-depth understanding of the change lifecycle. - BA with experience in building application requirements, design and testing would be an advantage.
