Job Description

Infosys Ltd. is looking for success-oriented professionals for its Presales and Bid Management team to support bid lifecycle activities, enable proposal excellence, and drive effective deal structuring. Purpose of the Role Create and collate content for proposals, program manage small pursuits, support in pricing and estimation models, create and maintain knowledge artifacts, conduct research activities, and assist in visit management—ensuring high-quality service offerings aligned with organizational policies and processes. Areas of Responsibility 1. Prospecting • Conduct research and data gathering for specific prospects/pursuits. • Assist in creating collaterals for proactive pitches and identifying new business opportunities. • Analyze customer requirements and map relevant Infosys services to address defined pain points. 2. Pursuit • Create pursuit plans and response strategies for small to medium proposals. • Support and contribute to deal pricing, estimation, and commercial modeling. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to customize proposals, case studies, and response documents. • Manage approvals across senior leadership, finance, legal, and other governance forums. • Contribute to sections of larger or complex deals and ensure quality response delivery. • End to End Bid Lifecycle and ownership. 6. Collaboration / People Management • Work with cross-functional teams across delivery, sales, finance, and legal. • Coordinate virtual teams to support proposal creation and pursuit execution. Key Skills (Mandatory / Preferred) • Bid Management & RFP Response Management • Deal Pricing & Commercial Structuring • Advanced Excel (Mandatory – pricing models, data analysis, financial modeling) • Infrastructure Knowledge (Good to have) Knowledge & Skills Required Knowledge • Estimation and pricing methodologies • Market intelligence and industry analysis • Organizational processes and proposal lifecycle Skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Stakeholder management and collaboration Performance Measures Pursuit • Conversion ratio (value & volume) • Stakeholder feedback on proposal quality Skills: Bid Management, Excel, Infra Experience: 1.00-5.00 Years
