As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate concepts and gather insights, ensuring that the product evolves responsively and effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, as is maintaining a clear focus on delivering value that meets the evolving needs and desires of the users. The role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to guiding the product's direction based on ongoing learning and discovery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.- Continuously monitor product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and understanding of product ownership.- Drive the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements to support product development.- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.- Experience in prioritizing product features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.- Capability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap adjustments.
