Automation Anywhere A360 Bot Developer

Job Description About the Role: We are looking for an Automation Anywhere A360 Bot Developer with 3 to 5 years of Automation Anywhere Bot Developer experience. Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications for RPA solutions. - Design, develop, and implement A360 bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere’s platform to optimize business processes. - Test, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA bots and related infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Monitor and manage bot performance, addressing any issues or inefficiencies that arise and optimizing solutions as needed. - Assist with the deployment of RPA solutions in various environments, ensuring a smooth transition to production. - Document development processes, best practices, and change management activities related to RPA implementation. - Provide training and guidance to end-users, helping them effectively utilize and interact with the bots. - Collaborate with the development team to identify and explore opportunities for further automation and process improvement. - Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of automation innovation. - Strong knowledge on Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. - Ability to document requirements and specifications in a clear and concise manner. - Familiarity with software development methodology, release and change control procedures and disciplines. - Certification in Automation Anywhere Bot developer Master and Advanced. - Working experience in multi environment AA system landscape - Python Coding experience - Experience with IQ Bot, AARI, Process Discovery - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in different locations. - Self-motivated to keep knowledge and skills in line with latest product features and best -starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed. - Experience with variety of software productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc. - Python knowledge is mandatory - Automation Experience in SAP The Following Qualifications Will Be Considered a Plus - Experience in Semiconductor industry - Automation Experience in SAP, SalesForce.Com, Workday, Adobe Experience Manager, etc., - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
