Data Analyst – Excel & MIS Reporting (Real Estate)

Title: Data Analyst Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of business reporting and performance tracking. - Candidates with advanced Excel expertise will be given preference. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable business insights. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, creating dashboards, and supporting business decisions through meaningful analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources. - Analyze data and prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Develop dashboards, charts, and data visualizations for management review. - Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy. - Track key business KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. - Automate reporting processes using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions. - Generate insights and recommendations to support business operations and decision-making. - Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely reports. - Ensure data confidentiality and maintain data integrity across all reporting activities. Required Skills: Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in MS Excel: - Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP - Advanced Formulas - Charts & Graphs - Data Analysis Functions - Good knowledge of Google Sheets and advanced functions. - Experience in creating MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. - Ability to handle large datasets efficiently. Soft Skills: - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Good communication skills in English. - Presentable, confident, and professional personality. - Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
