AI Observability Principal Architect 16 +Years Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Shift: India/US Shift Primary Skills Grafana (Observability, Dashboards & Alerting) OpenTelemetry (Logs, Metrics, Distributed Tracing) SolarWinds, Splunk, Azure Observability SRE Practices (SLI/SLO, Error Budgets) AIOps & Event Management PowerShell, Ansible Automation AI/ML, Power Apps, Power Automate Infrastructure Knowledge (Network, Firewall, Windows/Linux Servers) Secondary Skills ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping, Integration, IRE) ServiceNow FSM, ITAM-HAM Key Responsibilities Define enterprise observability strategy and standards. Implement telemetry (logs, metrics, traces) and Open Telemetry frameworks. Establish SLIs, SLOs, and Critical User Journeys (CUJs). Drive AIOps initiatives including event correlation, anomaly detection, and alert noise reduction. Automate incident management, routing, and self-healing processes. Build executive and operational dashboards. Collaborate with SRE, Infrastructure, Application, and Service Management teams. Lead major incident response and continuous service improvement. Required Experience 18+ years in Observability, SRE, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, or AIOps. Strong expertise in monitoring, automation, incident management, and cloud/platform observability. Experience integrating observability platforms with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred). Nice to Have: Azure Observability, ServiceNow AIOps/ITOM, Predictive Analytics, AI-driven Monitoring.
