Software Engineer

Job Description Duties: - Solve complex technical problems and deliver innovative, scalable, maintainable solutions with minimal supervision. - Implement architectural patterns and design standards in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Champion Agile and Lean methodologies, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and iterative improvement. - Design, code, review, and optimise critical software components and services. - Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment with proactive operational monitoring. - Embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance as non-negotiable quality attributes throughout architecture and development. - Leverage modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimise cost and flexibility. - Promote secure coding practices and security controls throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Serve as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and other teams to design efficient testing strategies and enable high-quality delivery.
