Role Description This is a full-time, WFH Growth Specialist role based in Delhi-NCR. The Growth Specialist will identify and execute opportunities to attract and retain both professionals and business clients on the Aidavo platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user and market data, running experiments to accelerate user acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine growth strategies. The role involves managing outreach campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects to drive adoption and engagement. The Growth Specialist will also track key performance metrics, report on growth outcomes, and propose data-informed improvements. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders. Proven experience with growth hacking and experimentation, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and rapid iteration. Background in sales or business development, with experience managing pipelines, nurturing leads, and supporting revenue-focused activities. Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope. Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital product environment is highly beneficial. Familiarity with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Bareilly and collaborate effectively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
