Technical Support Executive (Database)

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive – Database to design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems while ensuring data security, integrity, and availability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-availability database systems tailored to user requirements. - Design and implement databases based on end-user information needs and business objectives. - Conduct regular testing and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. - Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize efficiency. - Provide technical support for basic user-level tasks , including printing, system troubleshooting, and MS Office support . - Maintain data backup, recovery, and security protocols. - (Preferred) Basic understanding of PHP is a plus but not mandatory. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of SQL, database security, and data integrity best practices . - Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. - Good communication and leadership abilities.
