Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Description Position: Solution Architect – Application & Quality Engineering Location: Mumbai Experience: 12–18 Years Role Summary We are looking for an experienced technology professional with a strong application engineering background to drive solution architecture, technology consulting, pre-sales, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications, collaborating with sales teams on client pursuits, and defining scalable technology solutions across multiple industry domains, with BFSI experience preferred. Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end enterprise application and integration architectures. - Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales teams to develop winning technology solutions, proposals, and RFP responses. - Engage with customers to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions. - Provide technical leadership during solutioning, estimations, and client presentations. - Review application designs and ensure adherence to architecture and engineering best practices. - Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and solution assets. - Mentor engineering teams on modern application development and architecture practices. - Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, cloud, and automation, and drive innovation initiatives. - Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical challenges. Required Skills - Strong expertise in enterprise application development using Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. - Hands-on experience with Solution Architecture, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and Integration platforms. - Strong understanding of application design patterns, security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Exposure to API Management and Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, WSO2, Boomi, Kong, or Azure Integration Services. - Working knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering and modern SDLC practices. Preferred Experience - 12–20 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture. - Experience across multiple domains, with strong exposure to BFSI. - Proven experience supporting Pre-sales, RFPs, solution estimation, and customer presentations. - Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
