D2C Performance Marketing Executive Location: Greater Kailash-2, Delhi Salary: Upto 35K per month Experience: Minimum 3 year Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management: - Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive ROAS, CPA, and conversions. - Handle the complete performance marketing funnel from strategy to execution. - Data Analysis: - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals. Requirements: - Experience: - Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. - Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. - Analytical Skills: - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) - Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - Revenue Growth Additional Information: - Immediate joiners preferred.
