Job Title: Project Delivery Manager AI, Digital Transformation & Enterprise Programs Location Hybrid - Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience : 18+ Years Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across AI, Digital, Cloud, Data, and SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global delivery teams, driving strategic client engagements, overseeing end-to-end program execution, and ensuring successful delivery of complex digital initiatives. - This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, governance, commercial ownership, and technology transformation expertise. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across AI, Data, Cloud, SAP, and Digital platforms. - Manage multiple concurrent projects with complete ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. - Establish delivery governance frameworks, PMO standards, KPIs, and executive reporting. - Ensure predictable delivery through Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for CXOs, business leaders, and strategic clients. - Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and governance. - Lead steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and program status presentations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Global Delivery Leadership - Manage and mentor geographically distributed delivery teams across multiple regions. - Build high-performing delivery organizations through talent development and capability enhancement. - Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across AI, Cloud, SAP, Automation, and Data Engineering. - Drive workforce planning, resource optimization, and delivery excellence. Financial & Commercial Management - Own program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability. - Monitor delivery metrics, resource costs, and commercial performance. - Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, estimations, and proposal development. - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Digital Transformation Lead enterprise modernization programs involving: AI & Generative AI Cloud Migration Data Modernization SAP Transformation Intelligent Automation Enterprise Analytics Drive innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Risk & Governance - Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and security policies. - Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. - Drive continuous process improvement through metrics and best practices.
